Cancer Screening and Diagnostic Services

Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Program (BCCCP):

Funded through the State of Hawaii, Bay Clinic's BCCCP Program provides breast and cervical cancer screening services to women to women 50 to 64 of age, who are low income and have no or insufficient health insurance.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer among American women and is second only to lung cancer as a cause of cancer related death. Many of these deaths, which will occur disproportionately among women of racial and ethnic minority and low-income groups, could be avoided by making cancer screening services available to all women at risk.

Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Prevention Program

Funded by Susan G. Komen "For The Cure", Bay Clinic provides low-cost breast cancer screening and diagnostic services to women who due to age, or insurance status, do not qualify for our BCCCP program. This program "fills in the gap" in care so that all women can receive low-cost breast cancer diagnostic screening and diagnostic services.
