Personal Statement
"Those years of public service experience I have carried from my government should, in my humble judgment, prepare me to bring a positive impact to Bay Clinic; having served in the area of human service development for over 10 years and in public relation for another 10. When appropriate, I am a link between Bay Clinic and the Micronesian clientele as far as in creating mutual understanding amongst all concerned. Consequently, Bay Clinic may realize an increase in access and ease in service for those that provide health and medical services in Bay Clinic."
