Raylene Moses

Background
Raylene has served on the Board of Directors since 2007. Raylene Moses is a resident of Naalehu and an advocate for health care for the Ka`u district. She has expertise in the areas of nonprofits, finance, community resources, experience with those who are living in poverty or are medically underserved, facility management, real estate, construction, faith based organizations, and business ownership.

Personal Statement
"I have a personal interest in three areas that I feel our community is in great need: 1) accessible medical and health care for all residents with an emphasis on the elderly and underserved 2) Accessibility to pursue higher education for our adults, 3) Development of affordable housing and rehabilitation. Since Bay Clinic has been here in Na`alehu, it has been a great service to my family and me. I would like to see other families and individuals who are underserved to have access to such medical and health care."
