Blossom De Silva

Background
Blossom has served on the Bay Clinic Board of Directors since October of 2002. She is also involved in other community service activities including board membership of the Oceanview Association for three years from 2002 to 2005. She is also a member of the Oceaview Evangelical Community Church, the Hawaiian Civic Club, O Ka'u Kakou, and Oceanview Road Maintenance. Her employment background includes Social Director for the Kona Hilton Resort, and Sheraton Molokai, Realty Associate, and is also involved in the Department of Education's Migrant Education Program. She has an associate degree in Business and her areas of expertise include public relations, education, and real estate.

Personal Statement
"Because I represent the residents of the Ka'u district, my personal interests in health, services and Bay Clinic, Inc. are 1) providing prenatal care, 2) providing behavioral health, 3) providing dental care and 4) completion of a new Bay Clinic building in Na'alehu."
